Overview
Techkhiss Amizmiz is a participatory territorial diagnosis platform developed for the Commune of Amizmiz, in Al Haouz Province, Morocco. It enables residents to report local needs and development priorities by neighborhood or douar. The platform supports field verification, GPS geolocation, multi-criteria assessment and an interactive GIS map powered by Leaflet.js. It helps municipal teams organize territorial data, identify priority interventions and monitor development projects. Designed with a responsive interface and a PHP 8 MVC architecture connected to MySQL/MariaDB, the platform supports more informed planning, citizen participation and greater transparency in local governance.
